ಐಗಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಕುಶಾ ಸೈದಪ್ಪ ಗಡಾದೆ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಐಗಳಿ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು ಐಪಿಸಿ 307 ಸೇರಿ ಇತರ ಕಲಂಗಳ ಅಡಿ 14ಜನರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಐಗಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ಬಾವಿ ನೀರನ್ನು, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ‌. ಅನುಮತಿ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಮನೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಕ್ಯಾತೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರುದಾರರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 14 ಮಂದಿಯ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಎಫ್‌ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಗಡಾಡಿ ಆರೋಪಿ ನಂಬರ್ ಒನ್ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕ್ಷುಲ್ಲಕ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ದಂಪತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮಗನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಐಗಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಿವಾಸಿ ನಕುಶಾ ಸೈದಪ್ಪ ಗಡಡೆ (37) ಎಂಬುವರು ನೀಡಿದ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತೆರೆದ ಬಾವಿಯ ನೀರನ್ನೇ ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಆರೋಪಿ ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಗಡಾಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರರು ಬಾವಿಯಿಂದ ನೀರು ತರಲಾಗದಂತೆ ತೆರೆದ ಬಾವಿಗೆ ನೆಟ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ತೆರೆದ ಬಾವಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರು.

ಆದರೆ, ಆಕೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯವರು ಶೆಡ್ ನೆಟ್ ತೆಗೆದು ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಬಳಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 14ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ನಕುಶ ಸೈದಪ್ಪ ಗಡಡೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಕುಶಾ, ಆಕೆಯ ಪತಿ ಸೈದಪ್ಪ ಗಡಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಗಡಡೆ ಎಂಬುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಅವಾಚ್ಯ ಶಬ್ದಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಂದಿಸಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುಚಿತವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಎಫ್‌ಐಆರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಐಗಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಫ್‌ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ತನಿಖೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ

Kāmagārige nīru bēkāgiruvudarinda tam’ma pradēśada sārvajanikarige tereda bāviya nīrannē baḷasuttiddaru. Ādare ārōpi ravīndra gaḍāḍi hāgū itararu bāviyinda nīru taralāgadante tereda bāvige neṭ kaṭṭi tereda bāviyannu mucciddaru. Ādare, āke grāma pan̄cāyitige manavi sallisida nantara grāma pan̄cāyitiyavaru śeḍ neṭ tegedu kuṭumbakke nīru baḷasalu anuvu māḍikoṭṭiddāre. Idannu sahisikoḷḷada ārōpigaḷellarū plān rūpisi ēpril 14randu madhyāhna nakuśa saidappa gaḍaḍe manege talupiddāre. Belgaum: A case has been registered at Aigali police station in Athani taluk of Belgaum district on the allegation that an IPS officer of Karnataka along with his other relatives assaulted a woman and her husband in their hometown.

A person named Nakusha Saidappa Gadade of Aigali village has lodged a complaint with Aigali police station about harassment and assault on him and a case has been registered against 14 people under IPC 307 and other sections.

Public drinking well water of Aigali village, local Gram. They were using it for building a new house on permission. The complainant has alleged that the accused assaulted her with a knife. An FIR has been registered against a total of 14 people, and IPS officer Ravindra Gadadi is the number one accused. It is said that these accused assaulted the couple and their son for a trivial reason.
In a complaint lodged by Nakusha Saidappa Gadade (37), a resident of Aigali village, her family is constructing a house in the village. As they needed water for the work, they used water from wells open to the public in their area. But the accused Ravindra Gadadi and others had closed the open well by tying a net to the open well so that water could not be brought from the well.

However, after she submitted a request to the Gram Panchayat, the Gram Panchayat removed the shed net and enabled the family to use water. All the accused who could not tolerate this made a plan and reached Nakusha Saidappa Gadade’s house on April 14 afternoon. Nakusha, her husband Saidappa Gadade and son Rajendra Gadade were assaulted and verbally abused and threatened to kill.

It is mentioned in the FIR that the accused misbehaved with the women. The police registered an FIR at the Aigali police station. The police have started an investigation in this regard
